Head for the sunny side... Our comfortable and recently modernized Apartments and the Holiday house are located in the sunny hills of Rohrmoos just above Schladming. You'll find our guest houses in a quiet but still central location approx. 850m above sea level. Relax and unwind with the panoramic picturesque view of the mountain peaks of the "Schladminger Tauern" and the impressive limestone reef of the "Dachstein".

Everything within a stone's throw In less than a 15 min walk you'll reach the center of both Schladming or Rohrmoos. Bus services for either hiking or skiing and the entry point for the 4-mountain-ski resort of Planai / Hochwurzen / Hauser Kaibling / Reiteralm can be accessed in 5 mins without car. In the summer time our guest houses are the ideal starting point for walking-tours or hikes and accordingly outdoor adventures (i.e. rafting - organizer on the spot).
